It has been a while since I have updated the news on this site, mainly because I have been posting most of my latest news on my MySpace page. Many things have gone on, including the completion of many new paintings, posted now on MySpace, as well as my participation in Pop Left Music's Indie Tuesdays at Magic City Music Hall in Johnson City, NY. I will be at the shows displaying my work and offering tee-shirts, prints, paintings and other wares during the shows from 7 PM to 11 PM for the forseeable future. Come on out and support the indies along with aritstic endeavors such as my own. I hope to see you there.

"Spread the Plague" is finished! The video has been completed, the band is very pleased and I have posted the video with the unedited studio track on both Myspace and YouTube. "Radio" edits will be available soon.
With this project complete, I am starting the process of launching into video as well as art for musicians. I will be offering to do gig video shoots and work along side of regional recording studios to capture the best audio and video possible for a band. Music videos are also available. Email Joe Wagner in the CONTACT section for information and price lists / quotes.

Official work has begun on the "Spread the Plague" video for Elevator Death Squad. Hints and snippets of what is going on may be seen at www.myspace.com/artistic_lint . New CD covers - two page spreads - will be available soon in the CD Covers section. Plans to revamp the site and rename the domain are under consideration, but for now the format will remain as-is.

The Lost Dog Cafe in Binghamton is on! I was informed that my work will be displayed for the month of October, starting on October 5th. Good stuff to come...
From July 24, 2005
My gig at the Lost Dog Cafe kind of went awry, the person in charge of scheduling late last year had booked me for an art show in June but unfortunately she quit in December and took her schedule with her. Thus I am in flux with the cafe while they finagle with scheduling and I must return to them to show my wares. The best laid plans, etc, etc, etc...
On the up-side, in addition to doing work with PopLeft, an independent video and music production company, I have been working on a video project for Elevator Death Squad (formerly One Man Death Squad). I created a sample video for the band using some relevant footage and an audio track recorded live at CBGB's. This is a test. It is only a test. Had this been a real music video I would have said so, dammit.
